At TPS Printing, we are committed to providing the highest quality and take great care to ensure every order is perfect. Our experience is from over 40 years in the industry and our team is committed to excellence. We maintain less than 1% defects. Should you experience any issues, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, provide a photograph that clearly indicates the problem and we will reproduce any defective items after verification.
Since each order is custom and unique, unfortunately, for reasons unrelated to quality we cannot accept returns or refunds. This includes if you decide you don't want it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different product.
Our returns & refunds policy details the key aspects:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery in case of defects
- Submit a photograph that clearly shows the problem
- We may request 100% return of your defective order before reproduction
- We will pay for shipping and provide a label if return is required
- We will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days upon verification of our error
- Reproduced orders use the original production time and shipping method
- All sales are final.
